Refund & Cancellation

Cancellations and refund requests are handled according to booking date, check-in date, and the terms attached to your reservation.

In most cases, changes made closer to arrival may be subject to a fee or partial refund restriction. Special packages, festival periods, and advance offers can carry separate rules.

Please contact the resort directly as early as possible if you need to modify travel dates or cancel a booking.
